Prince William and Kate Middleton are being accused of starting a TV war with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
This week, two tabloids claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are trying to outshine the Sussex in what the latter does best.
Life & Style claimed that Prince Harry and Markle are having a hard time not question Prince William and Middleton’s motives.
After all, the Cambridges enlisted A-listers to judge the upcoming Earthshot Prize after the Sussexes signed a multi-year deal with Spotify.
National Enquirer also published a similar thing by saying that the timing of Prince William and Middleton’s awards show is very odd since Prince Harry and Markle will soon release their first show on Netflix.
“It’s a new battle of the brothers! William is trying to project a new image of royalty and bring in a less scandal-scarred era to the royals, whereas Harry is enjoying his newfound freedom, and he’s ambitious and has Meghan by his side encouraging to grab the top spot,” the source said.
But by the looks of it, the tabloids are just making up issues where there are none.
Prince William and Prince Harry are both committed to their foundation and the causes that are close to their hearts.
And even though their upcoming projects will seemingly overlap, they won’t take place at the exact same time.
The tabloids have been creating non-existent rifts between Prince William and Prince Harry until today.
But more reputable sources already confirmed that the siblings’ frosty relationship has thawed.
In fact, the Cambridges and the Sussexes sent each other gifts over the holidays.
So, even though they were unable to reunite, this suggests that everyone is on better terms right now.
According to royal author Katie Nicholl, Prince William and Prince Harry have also been getting along well in recent weeks.
A source also told Vanity Fair that the siblings have been in regular contact with each other.
In fact, the insider predicted that Prince William and Prince Harry called each other on FaceTime or on Zoom on Christmas Day.
The Sun also revealed that Prince Harry and Markle were the first to send presents to Prince William, Middleton, and their kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
And the Cambridges reciprocated the gesture by sending the Sussexes Christmas presents all the way from the United Kingdom.
