It’s been a couple of months that Blake Shelton proposed to Gwen Stefani. However, the source revealed that the 51-year-old singer and songwriter is still on cloud nine following the magical moment.

The superstar couple has been dating each other for five years now, and in October, Shelton decided to propose to Stefani for marriage. An industry source disclosed that since the proposal was made, the singer has been extremely happy and shinning.

The insider explained that Stefani has no clue about the proposal, and she was truly amazed by the surprise. The 44-year-old singer arranged the entire surprise during a trip to his ranch in Oklahoma. Earlier this month, the You Make It Feel Like Christmas star opened up about the unexpected surprise and how she was out for the fall trip.

The singer said that she was with her three children Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale, 6, Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale, 12, and Kingston Rossdale, 14, along with Shelton. She shares the three kids with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, and recently admitted that motherhood had taught her a lot about herself during the quarantine.

The singer revealed on a podcast that she discovered the learning disorder dyslexia. She acknowledged that everyone is learning something new about themselves during the lockdown period, and for her, it was the reading struggle.

“Everyone has things that happen, and mine was that, and I feel like a lot of the problems that I have had or even decisions that I’ve made for myself stem from that because now the children obviously it’s all genetic they have some of those issues,” she explained.

However, the singer also shed light on how she would cancel the trip as she hesitated to move to the ranch and leave Los Angeles. The couple had moved to their new house while they were shooting for NBC’s The Voice season 19.

Stefani appeared on a talk show and confessed that she felt it would have been too complicated to meet family amid the ongoing pandemic. However, she admitted that it was Shelton who convinced her to gather both their families at one place for this special surprise.

The couple is still serving as coaches on The Voice, and it has been a special show on a personal level for them. The duo first fell in love with each other on the sets of the reality show back in 2015. In fact, they bonded with one another other their heartbreaks and divorce from their previous partners, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert.
