Meghan Markle was recently dubbed as a boss from hell by a tabloid.
In its Dec. 21 issue, Woman’s Day claimed that Markle has a history with Archie’s nannies.
As such, it has been very difficult for her to hire nannies that stay with their family for years.
A source told the tabloid that Markle has the tendency to become hyper-controlling when it comes to how the nannies take care of her son.
And even though they are highly skilled and trained in their profession, Markle tends to watch over their shoulders every time they’re with Archie.
The insider also claimed that Markle regularly checks the phones of her son’s nannies to make sure that they’re not sharing photos of Archie with their family and friends.
And Prince Harry’s wife also gets upset every time she realizes that the nannies are better than her when it comes to taking care of Archie.
As such, she regularly fires her son’s nannies and hires another batch before firing them again after a few months.
According to the source, the Duchess of Sussex struggled to trust anyone when it comes to Archie. So, she created a nightmare environment for her son’s nannies.
But now that they are in the United States, the Suits alum was forced to adjust.
Several experts have been working with Archie to make sure that he grows up bilingual.
The source claimed that Archie also has speech therapists, behavioral therapists, baby yoga instructors, and more because Markle knows that her son isn’t surrounded by other kids his age.
“She has hired the best baby experts money can buy, but she still hovers during his lessons,” the source said.
Meanwhile, royal fans haven’t seen Archie in months. But Express predicts that Prince Harry and Markle may travel to the United Kingdom with Archie if the coronavirus pandemic is over by early next year.
Prince Harry is expected to host the Invictus Games in the Hague in March.
And in July, the Duke of Sussex will be unveiling the new statue of Princess Diana at Kensington Palace.
It is possible for Archie to join his dad on this trip. However, nothing is guaranteed due to COVID-19.
There are also predictions that Prince Harry and Markle’s only son will be featured on their podcast on Spotify.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a multi-year deal with the online streaming platform earlier this week.
