Kate Middleton and Prince William are restricting their children’s use of their gadgets.
In its Dec. 21 issue, Star claimed that Middleton started an at-home rewards program so that Prince George and Princess Charlotte and earn points to use their iPads, watch television, or play video games.
But the tabloid said that even though Prince George and Princess Charlotte get a lot of points from doing their chores and homework, their use of gadgets is still limited to just three hours a day.
During the lockdown, Prince William and Middleton relaxed their rules when it comes to gadgets for all three of their kids.
However, the royal couple is now trying to discipline their three children again.
A source for the tabloid said that it hasn’t been difficult to teach Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis the rules.
After all, they also enjoy doing other activities that don’t involve gadgets. In fact, they have been dubbed as Kensington Palace’s most eager little helpers.
“Kate and Will want their kids to have freedom. But letting them run riot is not an option,” the source said.
This isn’t the first time that a tabloid claimed to know private details about Prince William and Middleton’s parenting style.
In its Dec. 12 issue, Heat UK claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge relaxed their rules for their kids months ago.
And the royal couple also, allegedly, allowed their children to consume unlimited amounts of chocolate daily.
However, they had to change their rules because they don’t want their kids to grow up as brats.
A source for the tabloid said that Prince William and Middleton allow their kids to use their gadgets for just three hours a day.
And the Cambridges also make it a point to block sites that are not kid-friendly so that Prince George and Princess Charlotte cannot access them.
Meanwhile, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are, reportedly, thrilled to have both of their parents at home after their Royal Train tour this week.
According to Express, the royal youngsters must have missed Prince William and Middleton because they were away for a few days.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge toured different parts of the United Kingdom such as England, Scotland, and Wales.
After they returned from their tour, they reunited with Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles, Prince Edward, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex at Windsor Castle.
