Kate Middleton and Prince William changed their parenting style after the lockdown.
In its Dec. 12 issue, Heat UK claimed that Prince William and Middleton gave their kids more time to relax and use their gadgets during the lockdown and school break.
They also relaxed their rules by allowing Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis to eat more chocolates and chips, as well as watch TV.
However, Prince William and Middleton, reportedly, had to impose stricter rules after the lockdown for fear that their three kids would spiral out of control.
Now, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are only allowed to use their iPads for three hours.
Prince William and Middleton also ensure that the gadgets are kid-friendly and that their kids won’t be able to access sites that are not for children.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also, allegedly, gave Prince George and Princess Charlotte chores, which includes folding the laundry, wiping the table, feeding their pets, and vacuuming.
According to the tabloid, it’s wrong for royal fans to assume that Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis just sit around all day at home.
After all, they are given all sorts of responsibilities. Even Prince Louis, who is just 2 years old, is already expected to clean after himself.
And the royal youngster is, allegedly, placed on the naughty list every time he throws a tantrum.
By the looks of it, Heat UK is speculating on how Prince William and Middleton are raising their kids based on what the latter said.
During an interview, Middleton admitted that her kids also throw tantrums at times.
The Duchess of Cambridge added that she also wants to ask the experts what she should do when her kids are acting up.
However, Middleton never detailed how she and Prince William are raising their kids. As such, it’s obvious that the tabloid is just speculating.
Meanwhile, one thing is for sure, Prince William and Middleton are very hands-on with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
The royal couple took Princess Charlotte on her first day of school at Thomas’s Battersea.
They also take their children along with them during some of their overseas tours.
In July, Prince William revealed that he and his wife allow their kids to make certain choices in their lives.
For instance, he said that he didn’t urge Prince George to become an Aston Villa fan.
