The warriors finally emerge out of the Nether and the next mission awaits in Fire Force Season 2, Episode 23. The new episode is called Firecat.

The promo trailer for Fire Force Season 2, Episode 23 is out. The trailer suggests that there will be a training session.

The last episode of the series continues the Nether arc as Arthur fights with Dr. Giovanni. Shinra joins the battle as Dr. Giovanni announces the end of the world is imminent.

He declares that soon the Pillars will be gathered, and the plan of the Evangelist will be completed. Shinra launches an attack shouting at the opponent that they will not let them succeed.

Turns out, the Tokyo Empire was created for the Evangelist’s plan along with the Holy Sol Temple and Amaterasu. Dr. Giovanni reveals that it is mankind that desires to destroy itself more than anything else. Shinra attacks and tries to take down the villain.

Dr. Giovanni reminds Shinra of his brother and tells him that he will meet the same fate as his. Shinra asks about his brother. The villain reveals that Sho is standing by quietly like a puppet. The scene changes to a mansion where the White Clad members are putting makeup on Sho.

Meanwhile, back in the Nether, the fight between Dr. Giovanni and Shinra continues as the latter points out that he has not someone with a heart as sinister as his.

Dr. Giovanni tells Shinra that they both are connected to each other via the Adolla Link. The mad scientist is delighted that his insect experiments are closer to getting successful.

In episode 22 of Fire Force Season 2, the villain informs Shinra that an Adolla Link can only be achieved between those who possess an Adolla Burst. Shinra knows that he had heard voices in the past using Adolla Link. Dr. Giovanni asks Shinra and Arthur how will they beat the Evangelist.

Toward the end of the installment, Tamaki, Juggernaut, and the others come out of the Nether. Juggernaut is badly wounded but survives. Tamaki fought valiantly against the Infernals and White Clad members. Meanwhile, Maki returns to the Fire Force and the Oze family has accepted the fact that their daughter can fight the evil forces alongside Company 8.

Fire Force Season 2, Episode 23 is scheduled to hit the airwaves on Friday, Dec. 4 at 11:55 a.m. ET.
