The K-pop dedicated news site, Soompi, was the first to report that the Girl On Fire singer uploaded a video on her Twitter profile on Nov. 25 (Wednesday) local time of herself doing the piano while singing BTS's new song.
"I bet y'all didn't think I would play this one. Tell me if you know it," Alicia said before revealing her easter egg. Allkpop reported that the cover comes in a mini none, with only a few of the song's lines were sung.
Alongside the tweet is the caption that reads, "Can ya'll guess this?" hinting at the singer's followers for a surprise. And without any hint, the video comes in handy with Alicia singing the supposed to be Korean lines to the English language.
Furthermore, Alicia sang the chorus part in English, sophisticatedly channeling good vibes and comfort to the viewers. Well, it seems like BTS just proved once again that they are the world's most phenomenal K-pop group for storming over one prominent singer to cover its song.
The mini-cover of Alicia of Life Goes On comes almost a week since she responded to a video of BTS V on Twitter jamming with her song Love Looks Better. The idol can be seen inside a moving vehicle and grooving around her music's beat while wearing a facemask.

In heels for the celebration of BTS for its first Grammy nomination, BTS is also in cloud-nine for Alicia popping out of nowhere covering their new single.
Shortly after a few hours, Alicia's video arrived at BTS's doorstep, leading the K-pop septet to respond with much love and honor. According to Pinkvilla, the response goes like the band saying thank you and also sharing that it is a big honor to be noticed by Alicia.
The gratefulness of BTS comes in a retweet manner, where they added a purple heart by the end of their response.
