Khloe Kardashian, who sold her Calabasas mansion earlier this month, moved out of the property over the weekend. The 36-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to her social media account to give her followers a brief glimpse of her longtime home.
Khloe posted a small clip to her Instagram Story, giving her followers an insight into her last day in the house. "Moving day. Oh my goodness, nothing," she said.
She went on to give her followers a glimpse of what used to be her daughter True's bedroom. Noting that they are leaving the property, Khloe said the new owners would be getting a beautiful blessed home, which she said is special and magical.
In the video, Khloe goes on talk about all the memories she has of her beautiful home, adding that she is happy to pass it on. The Good American founder sold her Calabasas home earlier this month for a whopping $15.5 million, double the $7.2 million she shelled out to buy it six years ago in an off-market deal, PEOPLE confirmed.
She had originally listed the property for $18.95 million. Khloe's recently sold home now holds the record for the highest price per square foot of any estate sold in the city of Calabasas in California. Moreover, the listing was held by the Kardashian family's realtor Tomer Fridman.
Khloe and her sister, Kourtney's homes, were featured in Architectural Digest in Mar. 2016. In the cover story, Khloe revealed that she purchased the home from Justin Bieber about six years ago, and the "Sorry" singer bought it from Nicole Murphy, the ex-wife of Eddie Murphy, who got the home in their divorce.
Much to her Instagram followers' delight, Khloe gave them a tour inside her home on the day she and her daughter were moving out of the estate. She captioned her Instagram Stories video with an emotional message while giving her fans a glimpse of the bare living room.
In another series of clips, the Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian star showed off her daughter's nursery, including her closet spaces. As if that weren't enough, she showed her incredible backyard and pool and awe-inspiring garden landscaping in a set of other videos.
During an episode of Real Talk on IGTV, Fridman revealed that Khloe's beautiful house was decorated by the Kardashian family's favorite designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard. He also said that the home was renovated by designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez in 2019.
