Queen Elizabeth, allegedly, stripped Prince Harry of his royal title because she finally snapped.
According to Life & Style, Prince Harry is no longer a prince because the queen decided that it’s not right for him to be called one. Stripping Prince Harry of his titles also means that he is no longer styled as the Duke of Sussex.
Rather, he’s simply known as Harry or as Meghan Markle’s husband.
A source told the tabloid that the queen has finally had enough after she learned that Prince Harry and Markle signed a deal with Netflix. The monarch, allegedly, thinks that the Sussexes are cash cows, and they’re a disgrace to the royal family.
The insider also said that the queen hasn’t gotten over how Prince Harry and Markle quit The Firm without seeking her advice beforehand. And she’s so furious that she’s vowed to not let them without paying a hefty price.
According to the source, this hefty price is for Prince Harry to be stripped of his titles. However, Gossip Cop believes that this isn’t factual.
After all, if Prince Harry’s titles have been revoked, this would’ve already made frontpage news. And the fact that only one tabloid is reporting about it means that the story was just made-up.
Additionally, the rumor-debunking site also said that it’s unlikely for the queen to be upset with Prince Harry and Markle’s Netflix deal. After all, the couple is now regarded as commoners and commoners get Netflix deals.
Queen Elizabeth hasn’t also publicly addressed Prince Harry and Markle’s Netflix deal. So, no one knows for sure what’s in her head.
In August, the authors of Finding Freedom claimed that the queen told the Duke and Duchess of Sussex that they can return to The Firm anytime they want.
Following Prince Harry and Markle’s Megxit, the queen, reportedly, invited her grandson to have lunch with her at Windsor Castle. And it was during that time that the queen assured Prince Harry that she supports him and his wife.
A source also said that the queen told Prince Harry that he and Markle can come back when they’re ready. If this is accurate, this debunks the claims made by the tabloid.
The queen isn’t upset with Prince Harry and Markle after all. So, there’s no reason for her to strip her grandson of his royal title.
