Sadie Robertson recently revealed that she fought the ongoing COVID-19 battle while she was pregnant. Yes, the 23-year-old actress made the shocking revelation after fully recovering from the coronavirus and getting discharged from the hospital.
Robertson opened up about the health scare and its wild symptoms that she addressed at the most challenging thing. The actress disclosed that her unborn baby is healthy and absolutely great in a lengthy Instagram post.
She clicked a selfie from her hospital and posted a life update. She acknowledged being contracted with the deadly virus and ended up being sick. Although she admitted that the COVID-19 symptoms might be different for everyone, what she faced during her pregnancy was wild.
The actress married Christian Huff in 2019, further addressed her unborn child as "baby Huff" and informed that he is healthy. Robertson also noted that the picture she shared along with the post isn't the recent one as she has been discharged from the hospital already.
"I will say my dependency on Jesus has never felt greater in some of the hardest moments of this sickness. I’m thankful I serve a savior who is with me in these moments that feel rather lonely," she said. Robertson disclosed her contraction after a couple of weeks of announcing her first baby together with her husband.
The Duck Dynasty star appeared on WHOA That's Good podcast where she invited her sister, Bella Robertson, and her mother, Korie Robertson, to discuss the COVID-19 symptoms. The actress spoke about the symptoms she faced not only physically but also emotionally.
During the podcast, it was disclosed that Bella, who is 18-year-old, was the first person to get contracted by the ongoing novel coronavirus, and then is transmitted to Korie, who is 47-year-old. The actress explained that she assumed being clean from the virus until she figured out her husband got a fever.
She further said that she didn't feel healthy enough after being tested negative, but it seemed confirmed when Huff got a fever that the couple is dealing with COVID-19. She admitted to having a bad headache that she never had before.
Robertson explained that it seemed to have a migraine, which was later followed by coughing, and her throat went sore. Apart from head pain and coughing, she admitted dealing with body aches, vivid dreams, loss of smell and taste, brain fog, and unable to sleep properly.
