While many stars are asking their fans and followers to ensure that they vote on Nov. 3, certain celebrities opened up about their support for a particular political party. This time, Brad Pitt revealed his support for Joe Biden to win the presidential race against President Donald Trump.
The Once Upon A Time in Hollywood star lent his voice to the latest ad campaign for the United States' former vice president, who served during Obama's administration. The 56-year-old actor narrated the commercial that was aired on Oct. 25 amid the World Series game.
The latest commercial was dropped while the Los Angeles Dodgers' Tampa Bay Rays game started with a video of the candidate for US President. He shared laughs and looked content with a wide range of people supporting his campaign across the country.
The Academy Award and Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor kick off by stating that America is a country that belongs to everyone. In the voiceover, the actor said that this country belongs to people who have chosen this country and who fought for this country.
The actor further said that it could be Democrats, Republicans, or even someone between the political parties. While the actor narrated the voice over, the montage showed Biden connecting with people from all backgrounds and ages.
The actor also mentioned that all Americans want to have the same thing, no matter their political leanings, as they all want a president who will understand common people's pain, dreams, hopes, and so on. Moreover, Americans want their president to be respectful, honest and work to ensure that their families are doing better.
In the short commercial, Pitt stated that it doesn't make sense to work for people who supported during the elections and ignore the rest of them. While the actor continues the voiceover, the video montage shows Biden with his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, on stage with the American flag.
This wasn't the only commercial in support of Biden that featured during the World Series. Sam Elliott also dropped his campaign ad narration for Biden amid the Major League Baseball series' first game. Besides Pitt joining many other Hollywood stars who participated in the campaign, there are South Asian celebs who also supported Biden, such as Kumail Nanjiani and Mindy Kaling.
