According to a new report, Prince William and Kate Middleton could be forced to curtail the enjoyment of certain “fun” things in their royal life, as they shoulder more duties while getting closer to the throne.

The Duke of Cambridge and his wife are engaged with greater responsibilities, which they are carrying out as representatives of the British Royal Family. It is obvious that their engagements have increased as Prince Charles, as well as, Queen Elizabeth II are both in isolation amid the coronavirus outbreak.

William and the Duchess of Cambridge have stepped up their efforts so that the social caretakers and the staff of the NHS can get proper support for their mental health during the global pandemic. At the same time, the young parents are homeschooling Prince George and Princess Charlotte, their two elder kids.

At present, the family is living at Anmer Hall, which was a wedding gift from Queen Elizabeth. The duo has been suggested to enjoy life in their country home with the kids. It is quite likely that they will not have much time to spare and stay at Anmer Hall for long when they shoulder more royal duties.

According to an online magazine called The Talko, while there will be several advantages for the couple as they go up in the royal ladder such as accessing the Duchy of Cornwall’s income, all changes may not fun for them.

After all, Prince William and Kate Middleton love to spend time in Anmer Hall with their children. However, they mostly live in an apartment set within Kensington Palace. Living there is more convenient for them while performing their royal duties because of the location.

The same report also mentioned that when Prince Charles becomes the king, there is a likelihood for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to spend more time in Kensington Palace. Their visiting frequency to Anmer Hall is likely to come down.

While William and his wife may still get a chance to spend time at Anmer Hall, the chances could be fewer when the Duke becomes the King. The 10-bedroomed property set in Norfolk was gifted by Her Majesty to William and Middleton when they got married in April 2011, Daily Express reports.

According to another recent report by Daily Express, Kate Middleton recently paid a tribute to her late mother-in-law Princess Diana while she clapped in support of the frontline staff of NHS. The Duchess looked stunning in a floral Ghost dress. In 1982, Diana wore a similar dress to the one worn by Prince William’s wife.
