Although Ellen DeGeneres has been in the news for all the wrong reasons related to her show investigation, this time, fans and followers showered love on her and her wife, Portia de Rossi, following their cute picture posted on social media.
The 62-year-old comedian took Twitter on Oct.11 to share a photo that was a public display of affection had many fans gushing over the couple and their long term romance. The picture was a click in their kitchen setup while the duo donned black matching denim and tops, and the 47-year-old actress hugged DeGeneres from behind.
The Ellen DeGeneres Show host wrote a witty caption along with the picture that they are celebrating #NationalComingOutDay while they are all "staying in." The comedian hinted towards the ongoing pandemic and keeping social distancing from the outside world.
On the other hand, Matt Bomer celebrated the National Coming Out Day and his birthday. The 43-year-old actor took Twitter to toast both the special events that fell on the same day and encouraged his fans to celebrate the day in a different way.
“Today is #NationalComingOutDay AND my birthday! You can help me celebrate by donating to The @TrevorProject, the world’s largest suicide prevention organization for LGBTQ young people,” he captioned along with a video message that revealed all the great work done by The Trevor Project.

The NFL encouraged their team players to come out and embrace the world with their truth. They tweeted that if there are any currently willing players who are willing to come out and if they feel they are ready, then this is the time as the world is ready for them. The message was shared through a video in which various coaches and players supported the day.
