Daniel Craig has been one of the most celebrated James Bond players in the long history of 25 films. The successor to another 007 legend Pierce Brosnan, Craig went on to pile up some of the most successful Bond movies in the form of "Casino Royale" and "Skyfall," and the upcoming one aka the 25th "No Time To Die" doesn’t seem to be any departure from the previous ones in the line.
With that, Craig also becomes the longest-serving James Bond having played the character for 14 long years. The trailer is as fiery as one would expect from a 007 installment.
As Craig is ready to drop the helm and hang up Bond’s suit, he wants to make sure that the next Bond performer carries on the legacy. For that purpose, the actor has even got some good pieces of advice to dish out to his successor.
Playing James Bond is definitely not as easy as doing household chores, so Craig’s advice may actually prove to be instrumental in keeping up the incredible persona of the most-desirable spy.
During his interaction with "The Tonight Show"’s Jimmy Fallon, the actor floated about a piece of advice for his successor. Keeping it legit blunt, the actor said, “Don’t f**k it up. Leave it better than when you found it. Don’t f**k it up. It’s a beautiful, amazing thing. I don’t know what else to say, really. Is that alright? Can I say that? Probably not!”
It is sure how Daniel Craig wishes the character to go in the future.
To Craig’s remark, Jimmy Fallon suggested that everything he says is right because he is the reigning James Bond.
There are a string of actors racing up to be the next Bond. The run is being led by English superstar Tom Hardy, "Superman" Henry Cavil, Richard Madden and the one who can be the first black James Bond, Idris Elba. Though the search has been going on for a very long time, it’s roulette has not stopped spinning. Anyways this quest will continue to go on but Craig’s advice applies to everyone and they must follow it.
Well, in a way, his advice sounds more like a threshold announcement that the next Bond will have to cross in order to impress Craig and 007 fandom.
Craig’s next and last No Time To Die will hit the theaters next year on April 2. A long wait, but totally worth it.
