The world is aware of the messy split Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston had. However, Jen accepts that she and her former husband had great fun while they fell in love with each other.
The Friends alum has not forgotten her beautiful seven-year relationship with the Troy actor though their marriage did not have a happy ending. Their relationship had some wonderful moments, as well as, struggles, which Jen would always like to cherish.
The best part is although they split many years ago, the two of them share a beautiful relationship even today. The Morning Show actress revealed in an interview given to Vanity Fair in 2005 that she had a “beautiful” yet “complicated” relationship with the Fight Club actor.
The actress added that it is not unusual for a couple to go through complications in their relationship. However, the real problem starts when the partnership does not have any growth.
Jen and Pitt met in 1994 for the first time and took an instant liking to each other. However, Pitt was still dating Gwyneth Paltrow at that time. So, they only started going around four years later.
The lovebirds decided to be noncommittal about their relationship in the beginning though. They left no stones unturned to maintain privacy about their relationship before the media had an inkling about it.
Jen still recollects that their courtship period was highly effortless. They would love to be at home and order for some takeout and watch their favorite show on television before making their relationship public.
Once their relationship came out in the open, they started attending various red carpet events holding each other’s hands. Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston seem to have thoroughly cherished their initial days of courtship.
Jen recalls how truly “effortless” their first date was. She felt they had an incredibly easy evening together. These two A-listers had an easy-going relationship that made them immensely popular with their millions of fans including a former security guard of Pitt.
The ex- guard revealed that the former couple never argued and Jen would love to do anything for her then-beau. Meanwhile, Aniston had told Vanity Fair how much fun they had while falling in love.
Perhaps it was fun because they kept the news of their courtship private and were proud of their actions. However, the actress did mention in an interview that her relationship with Pitt hardly defined her.
Jennifer Aniston also mentioned that she was also not defined by the so-called love triangle between Brad Pitt, her, and Angelina Jolie. The media’s reaction to their split was so tough for her to handle that she decided not to read the reports in the tabloids, Showbiz Cheat Sheet reports.
