Prince Charles realized his love for Princess Diana after the latter passed away, a source claimed.
One of Diana’s friends, Simone Simmons mentioned last year that the Prince of Wales realized how much he loved his former wife after the latter’s death. Simons said that the prince did not realize his deep affection for Diana until her death.
According to Simmons, Prince William’s mother was the first person to show him what real love was. She also said that even Diana loved him and they could have been together if circumstances were not the same.
The healer noted that the former couple shared common interests like organic farming, organic foods, and “complementary medicine.” They also had a deep sense of humor. Simmons revealed that the Prince of Wales used to visit Kensington Palace quite frequently using excuses to use a toilet or to have some tea.
She feels that had the former couple given some more space and time to one another, they could have reunited later. Simmons added that once their divorce came through, Prince Charles and Princess Diana became very good friends because the latter understood him well.
No one is happy when their spouse has affairs. However, Diana loved the Prince of Wales deeply. Although there were differences between them, Simmons thinks that they could have sorted them out and reunited. She even had a queer feeling that the duo would have remarried.
The editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine and author Ingrid Seward echoes Simmons’ sentiments. She believes that Diana loved some of Charles’ ideas including his interests in the ozone layer and climate change.
Also, the royal expert opines that the Prince of Wales loved Diana when the duo got married. His love letters written to Prince William and Prince Harry’s mother are proof of that. Even Diana said that they still loved one another after their divorce yet “in a different way.”
It has been reported that they used to speak to each other on phone and Diana used to allegedly say that it was a shame “we didn’t meet each other at a different time.” Sadly though, Diana expired in a car accident along with Dodi Fayed, her companion, Express reports.
Meanwhile, according to another report by Express, Debbie Frank, who was the late Princess’ astrologer had allegedly mentioned to a tabloid that Diana had always loved the Prince of Wales though he cheated on her and their marriage broke down. In 1992, Prince Charles and Princess Diana opted for separation.
The duo got divorced in 1996 and the Princess of Wales died in a fatal car accident in Paris just a year after that.
