A royal expert claimed that Prince Harry felt "deeply hurt" by the Cambridges' greeting post for his 36th birthday as the post did not include Harry's wife Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry received several Birthday greetings from members of the British Royal Family during his 36th birthday. Reports said that he marked the day in their new home in Santa Barbara, along with his wife and son, Meghan Markle and Archie Harrison.
Shocking speculations have since emerged, however, particularly with the Cambridges' greeting. A "leading" royal expert claimed that their post "would have hurt" the Duke of Sussex, according to the Daily Express.
Prince William and Kate Middleton took their greeting to Instagram. The couple's official account posted a photo of the three of them together during an event in 2017.
Amanda Platell stated that the photo depicting without Meghan Markle might have hurt Prince Harry. She explained that this likely happened after seeing his family's posts, excluding the Duchess of Sussex in the scene.
The specialist in royal affairs noted that things may have become worse when the Cambridges posted a photo with Kate Middleton in it. She, later on, stated that while families "fall out," it leaves everyone "sadder," adding that "blue blood" is certainly "thicker than water."
Aside from Platell, several other royal experts and commentators, also, noticed Meghan Markle's "absence" in the birthday posts for Prince Harry. Good Morning Britain's hosts Piers Morgan and Suzanna Reid discussed the matter in one of the episodes of their material.
Morgan claimed that they "airbrushed" the Duchess of Sussex out of the photos. He added that all British Royals "hate each other," and they cut the former actress out.
Reid, however, had a different response. She disagreed with her co-host and argued that the British Royal Family selected "nostalgic photographs" of Prince Harry. She, then, suggested that they likely chose photos of the Duke of Sussex in recalling "memories" and "happy times."
A separate report from the Daily Express recalled Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito's conversation about the same matter. In an episode of the Royally Obsessed podcast, both the royal commentators shared their thoughts about Prince William and Kate Middleton's choice of picture.
Bowie began that the posts did not include Meghan Markle. Fiorito, then, stated that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge selected a photo "pre-dating" Meghan. The hosts deemed the choice as "interesting," noting that a lot of "thoughts" have since surfaced, especially from netizens.
Rachel Bowie, later on, asserted that the Cambridge couple particularly chose a photo of "just the three of them." She continued that it is a "throwback" of the fab three. (Business Times)
