Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani set the stage on fire with their lovely duet. The couple is more than enough to bring love in the air for the audiences. The pair once again rocked the stage with their performance at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sept. 13.

Stefani and Shelton sang their latest track, Happy Anywhere, and won many hearts during the performance. The duo seemed to be super comfortable with each other on stage and gladly made their first performance with combined at ACM Awards.

The entire performance was shot with a green background to later edit with an appropriate background. Before the pair took the stage, Shelton opened up about performing in front of a green screen and said that they wished to be in Nashville for the show instead.

While the 44-year-old singer seemed upset for not being able to perform in front of a live audience, he did praise the event managers of ACM who ensured that all the performances take place at different venues that are iconic.

"Gwen and I wish that we could be in Nashville tonight, but we couldn't. But, through the magic of television, voila! Welcome back to the Bluebird Cafe, everybody," Shelton said. The couple looked at each other in a romantic way as Shelton began to play his guitar and entertained the viewers with their melody.

ACM Awards also appreciated the couple on their official Twitter handle and wrote "These two" with heart popping out emoji. The God Gave Me You singer initially announced that he and her 50-year-old lady will perform the latest released track and revealed a glimpse of the practice on social media.

In the video posted on Twitter, the lovebirds could be seen enjoying themselves as they prep for the show. The song first released in July and Shelton disclosed during a press release that he and Stefani recently dropped a single but still they wanted to create another one as this time seemed to be perfect for them.

The singer hinted towards the ongoing pandemic and said that nothing could be better than spending this lockdown and quarantine with your loved ones. This year, the country singer didn't only perform at the show but he is also nominated for God's Country, Video of the Year and Single of the Year, Song of the Year, and Music Event of the Year titles.
