Chris D'Elia has come under the fire again! Yes, the comedian has been accused in June for sexual misconduct and now, more ladies are coming forward to speak against the 40-year-old comedian. However, D'Elia has rejected all the accusations claimed by many women.
Recently, CNN interviewed two new women who revealed that the comedian harassed both of them separately without having their consent. Although the comedian's lawyer has denied all the allegations. As per the documents obtained by EW, the statement clearly denied any sexual misconduct without their consent.
“D'Elia denies these allegations and emphatically states that he has never engaged in any sexual conduct with any woman without her consent," the statement read. Actress Megan Drust who worked in movies such as Southern Comfort and The Encounter revealed back in 2011 that the comedian unmasked his motives in a car.
The actress said that D'Elia asked for a ride following a dinner they had with a mutual friend. She explained that they both settled down in the car and she asked where he wants to head. The comic leaned towards her and looked in a weird way while trying to make "flirty small talk".
Drust said that she was confused at that moment because things were not making sense. However, the comic took his zipper down and asked her to touch him. When the actress said she refused to do so, the comedian began touching himself in front of her and that was unbelievable.
Reportedly, the actress immediately stepped out of the car and kept the door opened. She asked from outside why is he defiling her car. Although the actress admitted that she didn't want him to get upset or mad at her, otherwise, it could have turned out violent.
Drust continued that the comedian finished his business in her car and then zipped back. However, the actress admitted that she never attended any occasion alone following this incident. More anonymous women exposed D'Elia and revealed their stories on social media including Laura Vitarelli.
The comedian has been accused of acting inappropriately on several occasions with different women. After the allegations went public, Netflix dropped the plans of starting a prank series that was supposed to feature comedian Bryan Callen along with D'Elia.
Callen has also been accused by multiple women for sexual misconduct, which the 53-year-old comedian denied. Things have got worse for Callen as he asked his fans to pay through Patreon for his podcast.
