Warning: Spoilers from episodes 141 and 142
The official promo trailer for Episode 142 of Black Clover is out. The trailer shows that the Spade Kingdom and the devil remain unbeatable and the heroes need to get stronger.
“In order to fight against the threats of the Spade Kingdom and the devil, we are going to get even stronger! Next time on Black Clover, Episode 142: Those Remaining. Who the heck are you guys? Those who wish the devil to perish?” reads the preview trailer for the new episode.
In the last episode of the anime series, the episode begins at the Golden Dawn Headquarters. Hamon Caseus, a member of the Golden Dawn, is accompanied by Shiren Tium, another member.
Meanwhile, Yuno is asked if he is tired of all the back-to-back missions.
Caseus thinks getting enough calories is important in times like these. Meanwhile, Alecdora Sandler thinks about his insolent attitude. After insisting he was going to be the Wizard King, he earned more merit during the Eye of the Midnight Sun battle, and now he is more impudent. He adds that if only he hadn’t been possessed by an elf, he could have helped Lord William Vangeance.
Elsewhere, the Golden Dawn hands over a new mission to Yuno and the others. A herd of wild boars has arrived from the mountains to Saussy Village, putting it in danger.
According to reports, these are no ordinary boars but magical beasts covered in flames. They are ordered to go in as a squad and deal with the situation. As the villagers are anxious, the Golden Dawn needs to resolve the situation as they soon as possible.
