It’s is Princess Diana’s 23rd death anniversary - and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are spreading Diana’s message of love and fraternity among children who the future is dependent upon.
The Sussex pair found the nicest way to remember the late Princess. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle dropped off at a preschool center in Los Angeles to give children a surprise. The Sussexes helped The League that help out needy children with early education services.
According to the co-author of royal biography Finding Freedom Omid Scobie, the royal couple went to the school to recite nursery rhymes with the kids, read books on gardening and vegetables.
To honor the late Princess, the Sussexes planted forget-me-nots in the school garden with the help of children. Digging on the ground with trowels the royals got their hands dirty, children watered the plants, and all seemed entirely peaceful – something that Princess Diana would like.
While Prince Harry depotted plants and flowers, he kept on speaking with the children to have a good young-old talk and also to encourage them to do good in the future.
The royal pair also spread awareness among kids about important things that make up a good man. They kept coronavirus protocols in place – they wore masks to ensure everyone around them is safe.
According to the reports, the royal pair has previously volunteered for the preschool learning center coinciding with this visit to mark Diana’s death anniversary.
With the images of their image, Assistance League LA tweeted, 'The children of our Preschool Learning Center got a wonderful surprise when The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited yesterday. In addition to helping the children replant the Preschool Learning Center's garden, they spent time with them, sharing their appreciation for nature and helping to instill the importance of healthy eating. We truly appreciate their time and care for our students.'
Princess Diana died at the age of 36 in a fatal car crash in Paris, on August 31, 1997.
The couple may also be returning to the UK to mark the inauguration of Princess Diana’s new statue at Kensington Palace. On behalf of the Sussexes, the Kensington Palace has issued a statement that says the Princess Diana's statue commissioned by Prince Harry and Prince William will be installed next year to mark her 60th birthday.
That may also be the reason for the Duke and Duchess' reunion with the royal family members after nearly a year.
