According to Hollywood Life, the video clip shared by Shondaland TV had the legendary actress interact with its viewers through an inspiring talk. The actress went on by sharing the things that inspire her in life at the moment. She started by throwing a question to the viewers on what else she could think about life.
“The fact that I am still here, good Lord, you know how long I’ve been here?” she said—then saying that what inspires her is that she is still alive, despite her forgetting how she has been active. The actress added that every minute of her life inspires her because it’s a gift of life.
The video went on with the actress telling a story about an incident during a regular dinner by talking to someone saying people don’t seem to realize how everything in life affects us. Even with an instance that someone walked by with a perfume smell, it would significantly affect you because it affects your senses. Tyson concluded that no one could live in this universe we live in; one couldn’t be affected by everything in it.
Furthermore, the actress continued that you should listen to your mind and boy because it communicates to your well-being.
At the end part, Tyson was asked to share any words of wisdom; she than contradicted the demand by saying understanding shouldn’t be sought outside ourselves, but instead, we should find it within us. “I think it’s so important for us to understand ourselves first,” she added.
Tyson ended her talk by blurting out that experience is the best teacher of all. Because what you experience will make you wiser moving forward.
