Cardi B is on fire when it comes to giving back! The 27-year-old rapper has been making headlines for several reasons. This time it is the first lady, Melania Trump who received a response for the comment made during the Republican National Convention.

The 50-year-old former model garnered praises from supporters and popular names such as DeAnna Lorraine, who wrote Making Love Great Again! The California based writer took Twitter to show support for Melania.

"America needs far more women like Melania Trump and far less like Cardi B," Lorraine tweeted. It seemed obvious to the fans that the comment wouldn't get through the rapper well and that's what happened. The WAP star recently gave an exclusive interview in support of Joe Biden that probably snapped the writer.

Although the interview was out before the Democratic National Convention speech. However, the rapper responded back to Lorraine and asked if she used to "sell that WAP". The response was in the context of her music video, WAP that topped Billboard Hot 100 chart and also received backlash for reveal outfits, lyrics, and using big cats for filming.

The acronym of the song title stands for wet a-- p---y. Cardi B took social media again after 30 minutes and shared Melania's semi-nude picture as a throwback. It was an old snap of Melania when she was working as a fashion model.

Along with the picture, Cardi B asked the writer in the caption if she gets some WAP vibes. Lately, the rapper showed her political leaning and interest in the country's future. She has been vocal in every interview while promoting her latest album.

The Love and Hip Hop: New York star has often noted supporting candidates like Biden and Bernie Sanders and criticize Republicans whenever possible. The rapper tweeted this amid the controversy regarding her new music video.

According to Daily Mail, Cardi B appeared on The Kyle and Jackie O Show radio program and said that most of the people who call themselves religious or conservatives are usually "fake". The rapper explained to the host that the song's lyrics aren't strange for hip-hop culture while the music video was created for the mature and adult people.

Cardi B also took a dig at the people backlashing her work and said it was not made for kids. Before the lyrics, the music video was in trouble for featuring Kylie Jenner in a revealing outfit.
