After interfering in a match, Han Daewi might face a suspension in The God of High School Episode 8. The new episode is titled Close/Friend.

The official twitter handle of the anime series released a trailer for The God of High School Episode 8 teasing intel about the charyeok.
In the preview trailer, Daewi, Jin Mori and Yoo Mira are taking a stroll in the park introspecting the last fight they witnessed.
Mira tells Daewi and Mori that there was Jegal Taek yesterday and now, Park Ilpyo today. She knows that the tournament is on a different level now.
Daewi notes that they need to get stronger. The scene changes to a flashback sequence between Daewi and Park Mujin.
“The levels and numbers displayed there, too, express the latent potential of those who use charyeok. Is charyeok something anyone can obtain?” Daewi asks Park Mujin in the preview trailer for The God of High School Episode 8.
Toward the end of The God of High School Episode 8 preview trailer, Mori tells lDaewi and Mira that he is not ready to depend on anybody else’s power. He wants to get stronger by himself.
“No, not anyone. Some train rigorously and still fail to obtain it, while others simply obtain it in a flash of inspiration,” Mujin tells Daewi.
In the last episode of the anime series, the first match of the Nation God of High School tournament starts. The first match in Group A is between the teams from Seoul and North Chungcheong. It is a team tournament with three matches. The first team to score two victories wins. Mori decides to go first as he has a new weapon to test during the battle. However, he ends up paralyzing himself and lose the battle. The next match features Daewi and he wins against the opponent. With Mira registering the third win, Seoul wins the first group match.
Watch The God of High School Episode 8 online via live streaming on Crunchyroll. The episode is set to release on Monday, Aug. 24, 2020.
