Larry King's two kids have passed away. The 86-year-old King has been hosting on radio and television for a long time to keep people entertained. However, Larry had gone through major setbacks recently as he lost his two children.
Last week, Andy King who was 65-year-old passed away and this week Chaia who was 51-year-old died because of lung cancer. As reported, Chaia and Larry were very close to each other as she was the only daughter.
While Larry is still not recovered from his last year's stroke, he is coping with a hard time. No doubt, this is the toughest phase in King's family. Larry shared her daughter with Alene Akins, who married him twice and finally divorced in 1973.
Larry wedded Akins in 1961 and later adopted Andy, who was Akins' child from someone else in the past. Before Akins, Larry was married to Annette Kaye with whom he shares Larry King Jr. while with ex-wife Shawn King he shares Cannon Edward King and Chance Armstrong King he shares.
To date, Larry had eight wives and all of them are in his ex-list. However, Larry is currently going through health issues that are extremely serious as per the doctors. As per the reports, the Politicking with Larry King star had a chest pain called angina because of which he was rushed to the hospital.
The host was supposed to reach the hospital even without angina as he was scheduled for an angioplasty after a couple of days. However, Larry had already been through quintuple bypass surgery following the major heart attack he had in 1987.
The host also published a book called Taking on Heart Disease in 2004. In the book, Larry confessed to having unhealthy habits before he suffered a heart attack. The series of suffering didn't end there, the host disclosed in 2017 that he has lung cancer and after the diagnoses, he went under the surgery in order to get the lymph node and upper lobe out of his body.
Although time to time the host has proven to be a stronger person. After his lung cancer surgery, one of his representatives was reached for the comment that revealed the host is already back to work within 15 days of the surgery. "I had never spent much time thinking about my heart. But when I did, it was always the other heart — the romantic one," Larry wrote in his book.
