Meghan Markle has been banned from using her HRH title, but she is still known as the Duchess of Sussex.

According to Daily Mail, the owner of a fruit and vegetable store wants to trademark the Duchess of Sussex New Jersey for the store.

The resident of New Jersey already filed documents with the US Patent and Trademark Office asking permission to use HRH The Duchess of Sussex New Jersey.

According to New Idea, there is still no decision made regarding the request. But if it will be approved, Markle could end up with a store named after her.

Just weeks ago, Markle also faced backlash over her royal title. The Companies House website mistakenly gave Markle the title of doctor. A rep for the website revealed that the mistake was caused by a filing error.

Meanwhile, Markle also made headlines this week amid reports that Prince William and Prince Harry stopped talking to each other for months after they announced their Megxit.

“The brothers had not spoken since around the time of the Sandringham summit. They hadn’t seen each other. That’s really going to take some time to heal. I think the distance between the brothers grew wider and wider. And that’s partly because of things that take place — and we discuss them in the book,” Finding Freedom author, Omid Scobie said.

Scobie and Carolyn Durand also revealed that Prince Harry felt that the institution would stop at nothing to make his wife’s life difficult.

“Harry felt that there were those within the institution that would stop at nothing at the very least to make Meghan’s life difficult,” they said.

In related news, the authors also talked about Prince William and Prince Harry’s relationship with their dad. They said that the relationship between the three runs hot and cold because Prince Charles is also their boss.

“He’s not just their father, he’s also the future king and their boss, he’s the purse keeper. There are many political things here which can feed into a very up and down relationship, and it was felt by those at Clarence House that it was a headache to put together,” Scobie said.

Finding Freedom became a bestseller on Amazon even before it was released. And there are rumors that there could be a sequel.
