A good show’s appeal multiplies if it has in its workforce a good presenter. This is exactly what is set to happen with The View, an ABC’s daytime talk show popular for the selection and discussion of sizzling "Hot Topics" from a variety of fields. The show’s co-host, Sara Haines is making a return this September to be a part of the Hot Topics table for season 24.
Haines has a good working experience of sorting out and handling topics of various sort with The View already - the 42-year old has co-hosted ths show for two seasons – from the fall of 2016 through the summer of 2018.
Back in those seasons, her job was to share her understanding of latest topics related to celebrities, pop culture and of course lifestyle. Haines’ return is not a sudden event, she is, reportedly, a shoo-in as it follows the exit of Abby Huntsman in the month of January. Allegedly, Haines is filling that very vacant position.
Due to lockdowns in light of coronavirus, in the last few months the hosts have been engaging in virtual discussions - Haines has also filled in occasionally alongside co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Meghan McCain and Sunny Hostin during this time.
Haines and the show members have been dropping hints of her comeback since the beginning of the year. During a guest appearance in March, Haines told that she loves the magic of The View atmosphere and the staff members. She added that she feels like she is “here [The View] forever.” All those who followed the show from the start of the year, may have already guessed what was cooking.
Back when she was bidding farewell to show she stated with tearful eyes that it was an honor for her to be working at The View. She added on to thank everyone from the backstage staff to her co-hosts.
Roughly two years have passed and it’s cheerful to know she is joining The View team as a co-host. The fans of the show enjoyed listening to her interesting and understandable take on wealth of topics – and this is 2020, the best of all, so a lot more topics are on the list carrying the potential to be discussed. Her fellows who earlier this year called her “a ray of sunshine” must be glad beyond limits to have her back on the Hot Topics table to share her part of discussion.
The View season 24 will be on air a day after Labor Day on September 8, 2020.
