The BLUE Cooking Tournament is getting intense after the introduction of the Noir team. Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma Season 5, Episode 7 will showcase Soma face one of the Noir chefs. The title of the installment is Crossed Knives.

Soma, Megumi and Takumi continue their journey facing several challenges in BLUE Tournament. According to the official spoilers shared for Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma Season 5, Episode 7, Soma prepares himself for his next challenge against one of the underground chefs.
The theme for the upcoming challenge revolves around the festival – Christmas and Christmas cake. It remains to be seen if Soma’s cake and its surprise are good enough to counter Sarge’s tasty Cluster Bomb Cake.
In Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma Season 5, Episode 7, Eishi Tsukasa gets ready for his first cooking battle at BLUE Tournament. He is up against Asahi Saiba, who is the leader of the group – Noir.
The battle between Asahi and Eishi is set to be exciting for the audience. Meanwhile, the last episode of the series introduces the audience and the chefs participating, a taste of the underground chefs.
The first Noir chef to showcase her skills is Sarge. She has a rather unique cook tool – a chainsaw. However, it should not be mistaken with any regular chainsaw, it is custom-made for cooking.
Sarge’s chainsaw is equipped with spices and seasonings. When she, what appears to be, destroying her dish is spicing it up. The judges are mighty impressed with her skills and dish.
Sarge is not the only one that can be a challenge for Soma and others, team Noir introduces its second chef – a clown named Marcanta. He uses circus balls-like cooking utensils to perfectly cook his dishes.

Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma Season 5, Episode 7 is scheduled to air Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020. The episode will be available online for streaming on Crunchyroll. The installments are available in Japanese with English subtitles.
