The presenter of Good Morning Britain, Piers Morgan made fun of Kim Kardashian for posting a shower picture with her half-sister Kylie Jenner on her 23rd birthday. The picture was removed from social media after the presenter called it “weird” on his Twitter handle.
The reality TV icon shared a string of adorable throwback pictures on social media to wish a happy birthday to her younger sister on her special day. There was nothing strange in what the KUWTK star did except for one of the photos, which was slammed by the presenter and some of his followers.
The 39-year-old posted a picture of her and Kylie Jenner in a seductive pose and taking a shower for her 66.1 million followers on Twitter. One of these pictures triggered a reaction from the 55-year-old Morgan who derided the beauty mogul on his Twitter handle.
The sisters were snapped in similar white tee shirts, which were thoroughly soaked and had a see-through look as they took a shower, Express.co.in reports. The mother-of-four had captioned this picture with a happy birthday wish on Kylie Jenner’s 23rd birthday.
Many people slammed the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star online and the picture was deleted from social media after that. It looks like the backlashes prompted Kim Kardashian to delete the picture from her official Twitter page.
Incidentally, Piers Morgan was one of those Twitter uses who seem to be surprised by this suggestive photo of the siblings. The presenter of Good Morning Britain decided to retweet Kardashian’s post for his 7.6 million followers on Twitter. He also added a remark “So weird” to his post.
The picture was retweeted for as many as 2.5k times before it vanished from the social media feeds. Several of the presenter’s followers had some not so pleasant rejoinders to make after they saw the picture even before the beauty mogul could remove it.
While some seemed to agree with what the presenter had to say, everybody did not have the same viewpoint. One of them even remarked that they would also post a similar photo if offered a hefty amount and there was nothing weird about it.
Another fan mentioned that people do stand in showers with their sisters wearing thongs and transparent t-shirts and it is normal these days.
Meanwhile, Piers Morgan insisted that Kim Kardashian did pay attention to his comments. He also claimed that the KUWTK star would be going through his columns as she sent him a big bouquet after one of his latest endeavors, mirror.co.uk reports.
