Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are receiving flak for the shocking revelations in the book, Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan, and the Making of a Modern Royal Family.
In the book, the Sussexes painted Prince William and Kate Middleton in a negative light by calling them, snobs.
Prince Harry reportedly thought that his brother was a snob for calling Markle “this girl” and for encouraging him not to rush into marrying the former actress.
Markle also allegedly thought that Middleton was a snob for not looking her in the eye when she tried to make eye contact during a joint royal engagement.
However, an unnamed source told the tabloid that the Sussexes aren’t victims as portrayed in the book.
“Nothing is ever their fault, always someone else’s. They are professional victims. But they don’t seem to have the stomach and fortitude for the kind of hard work that’s necessary to properly serve the monarchy. Harry does not have his brother’s sense of duty and Meghan will never have Kate’s class,” the source said.
According to the tabloid, Prince William and Middleton are also ready to tell their side of the story. Sources close to the couple said that the Cambridges aren’t the bad guys.
After all, Middleton has been trying to mend the fences between Prince William and Prince Harry, which means that she already went way and beyond what she was supposed to do.
Unfortunately for the Cambridges, the Sussexes allegedly have the so-called superstar complex. Markle was particularly convinced that she and her husband were the brightest lights in the royal family.
As such, she didn't want to take a back seat to Middleton or anyone else, including the queen.
In the end, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex allegedly broke the queen’s heart, they also upstaged Prince Charles and stabbed William and Kate have had it with their whining and complaining,” the source said.
However, while it is true that the revelations in Finding Freedom were quite surprising, no one knows for sure what the royal family’s thoughts are. It is unclear if the queen, Prince William, and Middleton are really upset with the Sussexes.
Throughout her life, the queen has been living by the mantra of don’t complain, don’t explain. A source also told People that the queen refuses to react to tabloid news to prevent from hyping up the story. As such, it is unlikely for the queen and the royal family’s thoughts about the book to be made public.
