Kate Middleton has been a great support system for Prince William.
Throughout the past couple of years, the Duchess of Cambridge has been praised for her dedication to her husband and their future roles as king and queen of Britain.
This week, the royal couple visited the Shire Hall Care Home in Cardiff, where they reunited with some of the elderly living in the care home.
Prince William and Middleton once again met Joan Drew-Smith, who previously criticized the virtual bingo game the couple organized via Zoom.
During this week’s meeting, Drew-Smith once again criticized Prince William and Middleton’s bingo game. She said that they did not do a good job hosting the virtual bingo.
Prince William and Middleton weren’t offended by the elderly's comments. In fact, they couldn’t help but laugh after hearing Drew-Smith’s remark.
The Duke of Cambridge said that it was their first time to host a virtual bingo. And this is why they weren’t very good at it.
Prince William and Middleton also donned masks during their visit to the home care. And the future king said that it’s quite hard to hear what the people he’s talking to are saying because he can’t see their mouths.
Drew-Smith then hilariously asked if Middleton is his assistant. And the future queen consort said that she is.
“Well, I am your assistant. I have been for a long time,” she said.
Earlier this year, Prince William credited his wife for supporting him during some of life’s most difficult moments. The Duke of Cambridge said that his mother’s death has left a huge impact on him. And he also revealed that he became very emotional when he became a dad for the first time.
“Me and Catherine particularly, we support each other and we go through those moments together and we kind of evolve and learn together. I can completely relate to what you’re saying about children coming along — it’s one of the most amazing moments of life, but it’s also one of the scariest,” he said.
Meanwhile, Prince William and Middleton also made headlines recently after it was revealed that they vacationed with their kids to the Isles of Scilly.
The Cambridges reportedly decided to go on a staycation to support the local travel industry of the United Kingdom. And they opted to stay in the UK because of this.
