Kanye West took to Twitter on Friday to clear his position on being emotional at his presidential rally over the subject of abortion.
The 43-year-old rapper took to social media and insisted he did not have a breakdown while discussing the topic of abortion at one of his presidential rallies. He was concerned that the world should feel there is nothing to cry about this important topic.
He expressed surprise over the way his remarks were slammed by his critics and said his detractors were trying to “distract” and “destroy”. The rapper took to Twitter after being silent on social media for six days. He had previously alleged his wife Kim Kardashian of making attempts to put him in the hospital.
West and Kardashian are not living together and his latest outburst on Twitter comes a few days after his wife went to Wyoming for an emotional meeting. Speculations are rife that the reality TV icon was in dilemma about parting ways from her husband after the latter was surrounded by negative reactions from the media.
Kanye West addressed a rally in South Carolina where he had shared that his wife Kim Kardashian was contemplating aborting North, their daughter. However, he persuaded her to not go for it after receiving a divine message.
The musician has opened up about how he broke down at the possibility of his first child getting aborted. He feels concerned for people who think there is nothing emotional about aborting a baby.
The rapper also, reportedly, alleged his wife for having a relationship with fellow rapper Meek Mill. Kardashian insisted in the past that she had a professional meeting with the other rapper.
The beauty mogul made a public statement this Wednesday about her husband’s mental health journey and bipolar disorder. Meanwhile, Juicy J, a fellow rapper replied to West’s tweet and said he was praying for him, Daily Mail reports.
West took to his Twitter account on Friday posted a couple of tweets where he discussed the issue of abortion. He posted an article in the third tweet while his fourth tweet mentioned how so many black children were aborted in the last 50 years.
While the rapper’s wife had an emotional meeting with him during her visit to Wyoming, she, reportedly, told him to withdraw his name form the presidential campaign. A source told the People magazine that the reality TV star asked her husband not to run for the post of president but he would not listen to her advice.
Kim Kardashian, allegedly, asked Kanye West to concentrate on getting well soon according to the same source.
