The tournament continues as Mira, Daewi and Mira’s friendship becomes stronger with each passing day. The God of High School Episode 5 is slated to explore what happens next with the fighters.

In the previous episode of The God of High School, the Seoul prelims are reaching their peak as they have top four fighters.
The four finalists are top-notch fighters. The successor to the Moonlight Sword Style – Yoo Mira, the top full-contact Karate practitioner – Ha Daewi, the Renewal Taekwondo user with phantasmagoric leg moves – Jin Mori and master of enigmatic Brazilian jiu-jitsu – Byeon Jaehee.
The announcer declares that the fight this weekend is between Mira and Daewi. Mori is excited to face both Mira and Daewi in the finals but realizes only of them will make it. Later, a car stops in front of the trio and a man comes out to confess his love for Mira.
Meanwhile, Mira accepts the marriage proposal. It is later revealed that he is a top businessman and a veteran martial artist. He tells Mira he studied the Moon Light Sword to learn more about her.
Moreover, he vows to bring the Moon Light Sword style of fighting to the world.
The episode takes a look at Mira’s origin story and how close she is to the Moon Light Sword style.
The man named Seong-jin, who wants to marry Mira, vows to take the style to new heights and gain as many followers as Karate or Taekwondo. He also believes that he can take it to the Olympics.
However, Mori senses something wrong about the Seong-jin and wants to investigate. He wants Daewi to join his investigation.
Later, things start to unravel and turn Seongjin is a mean guy who wants to snatch away the style to wake the gods.
Toward the end of the episode, Mira fights Seongjin only to beat him.
