Jaden Christopher Syre Smith, best known as Jaden, dropped his all-new track titled Cabin Fever and announced his plan's proposition in releasing a mixtape.
Jaden Smith adds up to the long list of artists who release a COVID-19 encouragement song. His newly dropped track, Cabin Fever, is referred by Jaden as a "quarantine love song." In a statement by the Ninety singer, the track is purposely made to listen to melancholy when the sun is setting.
Cabin Fever is produced and made by BURNs, who is also responsible for some of Lady Gaga, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and A$AP Rocky's chart-topping songs, made the song to be in the singer's league care. Jaden sings the song as if the person who cares the most is near.
"I wanna feel your body on me / Tall palm trees and kaleidoscope dreams," part of the lyrics sings.
The new track is among the records in Jaden's forthcoming third collection release, The Cool Café: Cool Tape.
The upcoming mixtape comes after his 2012's The Cool Café: Cool Tape Vol. 1 and 2014's CTV2, NME. The forthcoming third release of the 22-year-old singer-actor is his first since his 2019 Erys album.
Jaden's forthcoming third mixtape release date is yet to be revealed.
In total, The American rapper has previously released two full-length studio albums and three mixtapes, He was first introduced in the music scene with Canadian singer, Justin Bieber, on their Never Say Never collaboration in 2010. Upon the release, the song became an instant hit as it climbed its way to the Billboard Hot 100 chart's eight spot. The song, which is also the soundtrack of Jaden's hit movie, Karate Kid, was awarded a five-time certified platinum record by the Recording Industry Association of America.
In addition to the singer's massive releases in the past, he also previously dropped three extended plays and nine singles, alongside twenty-eight music videos. Jaded is persistently taking the music scene by storm through his unique tracks.
Supposedly this year, Jaden is scheduled to go on tour with Justin Bieber and Kehlani for Bieber's Changes album. But, due to the coronavirus pandemic caused by COVID-19, the dates are temporarily canceled. The tour is set to kick off May 14 in Washington until September 26, Rolling Stone reported.
In a recent incident, The Pursuit of Happyness actor pinned out Youtuber Shane Dawson for, allegedly, "sexualizing" her sister. Jaden wrote that sexualizing his 11-year-old sister, Willow Smith, is not acceptable even in the tiniest bit possible.
