Star Wars creators released the latest installment last year, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The fans kept wondering with questions rather than finding answers in the recent movie. There are arcs of the characters that haven't unfold in the ninth part of the film series.

However, the fans' interest in the franchise seems to be going downhill as Lucasfilm has not released any further information about the next installment. Since The Rise of Skywalker premiered in the cinema halls, fans have been pondering why many characters were not explored properly in the film.

Apart from that, fans had huge hopes for John Boyega who portrayed Finn might return. Fans were anticipating that Finn's character might evolve with Force abilities. However, Boyega’s latest statement paints another story.

Not only the fans but it seems even the cast is divided due to the sequel trilogy. While fans were happy that Disney brought Lucasfilm, it seems things have not worked in their favor. Rian Johnson wrote the script and directed The Last Jedi which eventually split the viewers.

It seemed The Rise of Skywalker added fuel to the fire with complicating the series. In fact, the behind the scenes seemed to confuse fans even further. Moreover, the key actors working on the movie seems to be discouraged to work further because of weak content.

For instance, Oscar Isaac revealed that he did like to step out of the franchise as soon as his contract is over. Daisy Ridley who plays Rey's character seems to be secretive about her stand regarding the saga. However, Boyega seems to be uncertain upon continuing with the franchise.

Earlier Boyega disclosed that he is not looking forward to the saga but some fans were not sure if he means to quit the series forever. However, the 28-year-old actor took Instagram to clarify that he will not be a part of Star Wars' upcoming installments.

The actor recently posted a picture of him on social media where he acknowledged the question about returning back to the franchise in the future. Boyega reverted and refused that he will appear ever again.

Boyega disclosed that he wants to play more characters than portraying one character for too long. Although the actor is excited about the sequel of the Attack the Block which Joe Cornish will helm. The Attach the Block is close to Boyega’s heart as he made his big debut in 2011 with this action movie.
