Celebrity romances continue to bloom even in the midst of the global coronavirus pandemic. The latest celebrity couple to catch the media spotlight is Chris Evans and Lily James, who were recently seen out in public.
The Mail Online reports that the 39-year-old Captain America star was photographed with the 31-year-old actress at a London park eating ice cream. This is the second time the rumored couple have been seen together after they were spotted going into a hotel after attending a party.
What makes the park date even more intriguing are rumors that James is still working out her relationship with former Doctor Who star Matt Smith. James and Smith supposedly broke up in December, but the coronavirus-induced lockdown has given them a chance to work on their relationship once more.
As explained by Elle, James has always wanted to keep her relationship with Smith private in order to safeguard it. James has even said that she is proud that there are very few photos of her and Smith floating around since it makes their relationship seem like it is just for them. The two of them reportedly broke up because of their busy schedules.
Evans, for his part, had broken up with his most recent girlfriend Jenny Slate in 2018 after an on-off relationship that lasted for two years. Evans has also spoken about his readiness to have a family of his own.
This possible Evans-James romance is just the latest to catch the media’s attention. Previously, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kellly were spotted on a Malibu date. The couple was spotted headed to the restaurant Nobu while holding hands.
Actors Ana de Armas and Ben Affleck are also rumored to be in a relationship after they have been spotted sharing each other’s clothes and even wearing matching jewelry.
Meanwhile, engagement rumors have swirled around Stranger Things star David Harbour and pop star Lily Allen after Allen was spotted sporting a diamond ring in one of her Instagram posts.
On the other hand, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been grappling with more contentious relationship news, as musician August Alsina has come out to claim that he not only had a relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith, but that it all happened with the blessing of Will Smith.
Will, through a representative, have called the allegation untrue, while Jada has denied it and said she would discuss it on her internet talk show, Red Table Talk.
