Taichi and Sora continue their journey in the Digital World. However, in Digimon Adventure Episode 6, someone’s waiting for them. The episode is called The Targeted Kingdom.

Taichi and Sora are passing through a jungle. It is all green and peaceful until they get stuck in a deadly trap laid out by someone. The synopsis for Digimon Adventure Episode 6, shared by Wikimon on Twitter, teases that that the trap is set by a human girl called Tachikawa Mimi. She arrives with her group of Tanemon.
Mimi meets Taichi and Sora and reveals that she was thrown into the Digital World, where she resides as their queen.
During the episode, it is revealed that the trap is laid out to protect the queen and her Tanemon from other wild and aggressive Digimon.
Later, Sora and Taichi decide to help out Mimi. However, they face a major obstacle in the form of Orgemon. This Digimon is watching the Chosen Children and it approaches them.
After airing episode 5, the makers released a small preview trailer for fans.
“Taichi meets Mimi, a girl who protects small Digimon. He and his friends counter the ferocious enemies’ attacks! The adventure continues to a new world,” reads the trailer summary for Digimon Adventure Episode 6.
Meanwhile, Digimon Adventure Episode 5 titled Holy Digimon, Taichi and Sora stand in front of the mysterious relic, which tells Taichi to feel the words. As soon as Taichi touches the stone it glows up.
The scene changes to Koshiro and Tanemon stuck inside a giant Digimon’s stomach. He later learns that a Whamon swallowed them. Whamon is a laid-back Digimon who swims within the network. Meanwhile, a message from Taichi startles Koshiro.
The Digital World is throwing all kinds of surprises at Taichi, Koshiro and Sora, and the journey is filled with ups and downs.
The cast members of Digimon Adventure include Yuko Sanpei as Taichi Yagami, Chika Sakamoto as Agumon, Daisuke Namikawa as Yamato Ishida, Mayumi Yamaguchi as Gabumon, Ryoko Shiraishi as Sora Takenouchi, Atori Shigematsu as Piyomon, Yumiko Kobayashi as Koshiro Izumi, Takahiro Sakurai as Tentomon, Marika Kono as Mimi Tachikawa, Kinoko Yamada as Palmon, Takeshi Kusao as Joe Kido and Junko Takeuchi as Gomamon.
Digimon Adventure Episode 6 is scheduled to release on Saturday, July 11, 2020. The episodes of the anime series are available online through live streaming mode on Crunchyroll. At the moment, the makers are releasing the instalments in Japanese with English subtitles.
