Jennifer Aniston told actress Sandra Bullock why she used to feel insecure while growing up in her household.

Aniston is not only an immensely talented actress but is also extremely courageous where her personal life is concerned. There have been some tough times in her life and yet she has always bounced back with greater vigor and positive energy.

The Friends alum has been extremely honest about the difficulties she had to cope up with while she grew up. It seems, she missed growing up in a healthy environment in her household.

Aniston poured out her heart to Bullock on her 51st birthday when she admitted about feeling “unsafe” during her childhood. The Speed actress asked Jen how she managed to always look so positive and joyous. She also wondered how The Morning Show actress is not disillusioned even when things do not work in her favor.

Jennifer Aniston said perhaps she should thank her parents for her positive outlook on life. Both her parents were actors and became close while filming for the TV show Days of our Lives

Jen further revealed she is like that because she grew up in a house, which felt unsafe and destabilized. The actress said she grew up amid adults who were unkind to one another. She witnesses certain unpleasant things, which made her determined that she would not like to do the same after growing up.

Her parents parted ways when she was only 9-year-old. The actress has been quite open about the relationship she shared with her mom, Koimoi.com reports.

Aniston told a magazine in 2005 that it was their choice to not be on talking terms with her mother for a while. She seemed unconcerned if others do not understand why she did so. However, Jen mentioned she would not change her “childhood” and her “heartaches.”

In other news, Aniston pleased her fans when she shared a glimpse inside her gorgeous home in Beverly Hills. She has been isolating here during the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown.

The actress participated in a Question & Answer session with her former Friends co-star Lisa Kudrow this week on the YouTube channel of Variety, which was conducted remotely from their homes.

Aniston was seen relaxing in an armchair in her living room during the Q & A session. Both she and Kudrow fondly remembered their time while acting in Friends before their much-awaited reunion special. The show had to be deferred because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jennifer Aniston told Lisa Kudrow that she has been waiting impatiently for the reunion. She mentioned the special program would have been filmed and aired already if not for the current situation, HELLO! magazine reports.
