Justin Bieber took action on two Twitter users who accused him in 2014 and 2015 for sexual assault, respectively. Although he already denied the allegations, Bieber decided to take strict action now.
The 26-year-old star filed a huge lawsuit against these two women for defamation, which he called “malicious” allegations. According to TMZ, each of the accusers are sued for 10 million each, which totals $20 million.
The source received the documents that provide outlining of the lawsuit. The documents state that the Baby singer holds documented evidence that is indisputable and they can prove all the accusations to be "outrageous, fabricated lies."
One of the women claimed that Bieber was in Austin, Texas attended the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in 2014 when he assaulted her. According to the accuser, the crime took place in a Four Seasons hotel room but the documents of the court have another story.
The documents state that the pop star never booked a room at the Four Seasons hotel and instead he stayed at a rental property nearby with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. The basis of the fabrications as per the suit is Bieber eating at Four Seasons after the day of assault is claimed.
The second woman claimed that the Canadian singer was in New York City in 2015 to attend Met Gala when he assaulted her. According to the outlet, the suit mentioned that the second accuser is basically a huge fan of the star who often wait for him outside the hotels, wherever Bieber stays and often seek attention from him.
The documents also claimed that the second accuser mentioned on social media that she never met Bieber after the alleged assault date. Bieber went to a private after-party once the Met Gala was over, which can be proven by picture evidence as per the claims in the documents.
The suit alleges that the Changes star believes that these two women are working together to hamper his reputation or it could be just one person who is operating both the accounts on Twitter to cause him trouble.
When the reps of Bieber were contacted, they refused to respond to a request for comment. Bieber took his Twitter handle on June 22 and wrote, "In the past 24 hours a new Twitter appeared that told a story of myself involved with sexual abuse. He further cleared that there is no truth in these stories and he claims to prove soon that he was not even present at that location.
