Prince Harry had always been great with kids. The Duke of Sussex was spotted numerous times bonding with children during his royal engagements.
That being said, it is not a shocker that Prince Harry loves his nephews and niece very much. Back in 2018, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex didn’t have Archie yet, and the next best thing for the prince was Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
In fact, Prince Harry even planned to spend a £24,000-worth gift for his youngest nephew two years ago. For Prince Louis’ christening, the Duke of Sussex paid £8,000 for the first edition of A.A. Milne's Winnie-The-Pooh book.
“He originally wanted to get Lewis Carroll’s Through The Looking Glass, which was on sale for £24,000, but decided Winnie-The-Pooh would be more suitable for a first tome,” the source said.
Prince Louis turned two years old in April, but most of the Royal Family members, including Prince Harry, were not able to celebrate with him face-to-face due to the coronavirus outbreak and lockdown measures. It is also unlikely that the Duke of Sussex would see his nephew in person for some time as he moved to Los Angeles with Meghan Markle and Archie after he and his wife stepped down from being senior royals.
As for Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three young children, they are currently residing at the family’s country mansion at Anmer Hall in Norfolk. This is where the Duchess of Cambridge took photos of Prince Louis, which she shared on social media to mark his second birthday on April 23.
Prince Louis can be seen grinning at the camera and showing off his painted palms. While this shot was already enough to melt hearts, Kate Middleton’s shared a “reality” version of the snap where the young prince smeared paint across his face. The post was then perfectly captioned, “Instagram vs Reality.”
People always think of princes and princesses as people with amazing poise and grace. But the truth is that the Royal Family members are just ordinary people with titles. Meaning, they are not flawless every single time as they can make mistakes like the rest of us.
Nobody showed how ordinary the Royal Family members are than Kate Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge has shared multiple times that she lets her kids be kids. No extreme restrictions whatsoever.
