What! There are rumors going on that Katie Holmes and Justin Theroux are going out on secret dates. These rumors are actually being spread by tabloid, which many could have access to and believe.
The rumors however, have been debunked.
According to Gossip Cop, these secret dates are certainly not happening, despite what Woman’s Day has reported. Allegedly, the two were being “hotter than hot for each other” ever since November.
The thing is, it is not only Woman’s Day that has made the report, which can make people think there must be truth to these rumors. For example, Star reported also the two were dating, but this time, their first date did not happen on November, but even earlier. An insider allegedly told the magazine that the two went out on October.
Gossip Cop however, has a more legitimate source claiming these alleged dates are not true. The magazine reached out to Holmes’ spokesperson for clarification and got told that Holmes does not even known Theroux! If she does not know him, why would there before secret rendezvous?
If one reads back what Star has reported, the insider seems to have all the knowledge, given the details provided. “They’ve become extremely close and given they’re both lovers of their home city of New York, they’re enjoying sharing their favorite spots with one another. They’ve been sneaking around the city inconspicuously, which they could never do in Los Angeles,” the insider shared. Included in these dates are a visit to Holmes’ favorite bookstore and a quick stopover at Theroux’ friend’s art exhibition. If one does not know better, these details look possibly true.
Apart from these dates, the insider even said that the two have already reached a whole new level in their dating game because Holmes’ daughter Suri already got to know Theroux.
But as the spokesperson revealed, this is just too impossible to happen. Moreover, in an interview with InStyle, Holmes left an impression that she’s presently too busy to date around as well. She’s busy bringing up a growing teenager and preparing to direct “Rare Objects.” It’s impossible for her to find the time to entertain secret dates because she has a lot of ambitions to fulfill yet.
Asked what these ambitions are, she said, “My projects. Finding good material and putting out stories that are authentic to the female experience. And then there are different directors I've always wanted to work with, so I'm doing that.”
