Princess Diana, allegedly, had a secret affair with John F. Kennedy following her divorce from Prince Charles.
According to Star, the Princess of Wales and Kennedy met at a New York City’s Carlyle Hotel in 1995. During their meeting, the duo discussed the possibility of Princess Diana appearing in Kennedy’s political lifestyle magazine, George.
However, Princess Diana never appeared in an interview with the publication. And she and Kennedy drifted apart. But the tabloid claimed that there’s more to their story than just that.
The tabloid claimed that Princess Diana was so taken with Kennedy’s seductive charm and stunning good looks that she invited him to her penthouse suite. The late royal and Kennedy allegedly slept together that night.
“It's known that Di rated all her lovers from one to 10 - and she gushed that John broke the scale. She said he was far and away from the best she'd ever had,” a source told the tabloid.
And the insider also claimed to know details regarding Princess Diana and Kennedy’s alleged escapade. The insider described the rumored couple's intimate moment as tender and ethereal. It was also allegedly unbridled and physically exhausting.
The source claimed that it was the only time that Princess Diana found herself falling hard and fast for someone.
And to make the story more believable, the insider claimed that Prince William and Prince Harry’s late mother constantly fantasized about marrying Kennedy. And the late royal allegedly wanted to have a child with him and move to Turkey so that they could be together.
However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. Princess Diana and Kennedy didn’t have an affair, according to Gossip Cop. It is also untrue that the late royal slept with Kennedy or that she fantasized about marrying him.
Before her divorce from Prince Charles and after their separation, Princess Diana was linked to a slew of women that she dated. However, Kennedy was not one of them.
Princess Diana was married to Prince Charles between 1981 and 1996. In 1992, the couple announced their separation. However, it took the Prince and Princess of Wales four years to finalize their divorce.
According to sources, Queen Elizabeth had a say in the couple’s marriage. After learning about Princess Diana’s interview with Panorama, the monarch became enraged. And she ordered her eldest son and Princess Diana to go their separate ways for good.
