Actor James Michael Tyler shared he has not spoken to his Friends costar Jennifer Aniston ever since the popular sitcom wrapped up.
Tyler played the character of Gunther, the boss of the coffee shop who was infatuated with Aniston’s character Rachel Green in the show. The actor mentioned he has not interacted with Jen since the TV show came to an end.
Tyler revealed he has not met his former Friends costar since the show’s wrap up party took place. The actor shared this interesting tidbit while interacting with The Daily Star.
The actor also stated Jen lives in a different city and he is definitely not going to stand outside the actress’s home and say hello when she comes out. Tyler feels that it would appear sort of “weird.”
While the two former co-actors have not been on speaking terms ever since the show ended, the 57-year-old actor confirmed they do not have any ill-feeling toward each other. The actor added there is nothing personal as actors move on in their lives.
He said it has been ages since the show ended and many of the cast members are married now. James Michael Tyler also said, “things change.”
Meanwhile, while the show had its last episode many years ago, Jennifer Aniston has experienced several successes at the box office including Marley & Me and Horrible Bosses since then. She has possibly been not in contact with her ex-colleague because of her hectic schedule.
The popular sitcom Friends was first aired in 1994 and continued for 10 seasons. The final season ended in 2004.
