Veteran professional wrestler Stan Lane is finally able to put rumors to rest after a second DNA test definitively debunked allegations that he is the biological father of Republican Representative Lauren Boebert.
These allegations were initiated by Shawn Roberts Bentz, Boebert's mother, who maintained that her 36-year-old daughter was conceived during a fleeting affair with Lane. The unfounded claims have plagued the 69-year-old former wrestler for years.
In the past, Bentz's appeal for child support from Lane was dismissed after an initial DNA test exonerated him. Despite this, Lane conceded to a short-lived romantic liaison with Bentz during his tenure with Championship Wrestling while he resided in Florida.
Following the conviction of a laboratory employee for tampering with blood samples in an unrelated paternity case, Lane willingly underwent a second DNA test. The results emphatically demonstrated a "0.0 percent chance" of him being the biological father of the Colorado Republican.
Boebert herself has affirmed these findings. "I can confirm that Stan Lane is not my biological father. While I've never publicly endorsed the claim that he was my father, the allegation certainly exists," Boebert stated.
Lane expressed that the ordeal has been an ordeal for him and his family. Now that the allegations have been officially debunked, he hopes Boebert can continue her search for "the answers she has been looking for."
