In the wake of Prince Harry's recent courtroom testimony, royal biographer Angela Levin has suggested that he should be removed from the line of succession. She asserts this drastic action is necessary in light of the Duke of Sussex's recent remarks that were seen as criticisms of the United Kingdom.

Speaking on an episode of "GB News" with Dan Wootton, Levin, author of "Harry: A Biography of a Prince," expressed her disappointment in Prince Harry for his perceived lack of respect for the country, as revealed during his High Court testimony against Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN).

"I would like to see some action following the court proceedings, as I was deeply distressed when I heard Harry commenting that the United Kingdom was in a perilous state due to the press and government," Levin expressed, addressing King Charles.

Concurring with her sentiment, Wootton described Harry's statement as "the lowest of the low." He further remarked that it demonstrated a lack of regard for royal decorum and democratic principles on Prince Harry's part.

Levin acknowledged King Charles's resilience against Prince Harry's personal criticisms of him and other family members. However, she raised doubts about whether the King would tolerate Prince Harry's apparent disrespect towards the country.

"King Charles has managed to withstand the barrage of personal attacks by his son. However, I believe he won't tolerate Harry disrespecting the country. It's incompatible to be a royal family member and have contempt for the nation. This, in my opinion, should be enough to expel him from the line of succession," Levin explained.

Levin, who has spent considerable time studying the Duke of Sussex for her book, expressed concern over his current fifth position in the line of succession and his potential claim to the throne.

"In case of any unfortunate incidents, after William, he is too close to the throne. We must reassess his position in the succession line," she added. "Stripping him of the Duke of Sussex title would be pointless, as he will still be a prince, but his place in the line of succession is what needs re-evaluation."

Levin accused Prince Harry of having no regard for his father and showing disdain for his home country. However, it's important to note that International Business Times couldn't independently confirm these accusations.

During her conversation with "GB News" host Nana Akua, Levin further lambasted Prince Harry for his "horrifying" comments about the United Kingdom. She also questioned his commitment as a Counsellor of State, a senior member of the British royal family.

Levin emphasized, "You can't stand in for the King and offer counsel when needed if you disrespect the kingdom. Fortunately, the King has Prince William and Prince Edward to substitute if he's unavailable, making it unlikely for Harry to step in. However, we never know the circumstances when they're in different countries."

Levin concluded with a stern warning, "Something must be done to address this. We cannot let him run wild. It's simply not just or appropriate."
