Angelina Jolie has been extremely fond of traveling and it is said she wishes her kids also to go through the same experience. However, it appears that the actress’s divorce from Brad Pitt is preventing her to give her children the same chances she got.
The Maleficent star has six children with Pitt and filed for divorce four years ago. The duo reportedly had a tough custody battle and now the children are spending time with both the parents.
However, rumors have it that the 45-year-old is allegedly expecting things will not remain the same when their children grow up.
In the recent issue of Harper’s Bazaar, the actress confessed that although she wishes to inspire her kids to see the world, she is unable to make them follow her advice. Jolie had reportedly said she would love to go and live overseas when her kids turn 18.
The actress added she is living at a place where Pitt opts to live. During the same interview, the star elaborated on what being a “truly free” woman is according to her. Angelina Jolie feels several women do not find it possible to live freely because of their circumstances.
She reflected on her good fortune to speak freely and openly, as well as, to make her own choices in life. Jolie explained she has the privilege to encourage her kids to see the world without being restricted to what they are studying.
The Maleficent 2 star went on to express that she finds happiness in observing people acknowledge who they are. She thinks boldness is pretty obvious whenever one sees it and she is happy to come across a person who has their character and style.
Jolie is in self-isolation with her six children she shares with former husband Brad Pitt amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The children, though, have also been spending time with their famous father from time to time.
As far as Pitt is concerned, the Fight Club star is quite thrilled about his fatherhood and adores his kids. The Hollywood hunk encourages all of them to follow their hobbies according to an unnamed source.
The same source noted that Pitt is an excellent listener and speaks to them to know whatever is bothering them. The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star who is attending therapy is reportedly relaxed that co-parenting is happening well.
An insider revealed that Brad Pitt is happy that all the differences with Angelina Jolie are a thing of the past, Us Weekly reports. Their children come first for both of them. It seems that the actor is most happy about being a father, as well as, leading his life with his kids.
