Amid the turmoil of a public divorce and cheating allegations against his former spouse Amy Robach, Andrew Shue has found solid ground, according to his sister, the acclaimed actress Elisabeth Shue.

"He's awesome," the 59-year-old actress remarked during an exclusive interview with Page Six at the debut of her latest film, “The Good Half,” screened at the Tribeca Festival on Thursday. "He is doing really good."

Andrew Shue, a 56-year-old star renowned for his role in "Melrose Place," and Amy Robach, a 50-year-old former anchor of "Good Morning America," dissolved their marriage quietly in March. The separation followed about eight months after Robach allegedly left Andrew to pursue an affair with her "GMA3" co-anchor, T.J. Holmes.

According to the Daily Mail, the ex-spouses divided their assets through mediation and agreed on joint custody of their dog, Brody. Despite the end of their romantic relationship, Andrew seems to maintain connections with Robach's teenage daughters, Ava McIntosh and Annalise McIntosh.

In April, the daughters joined the "Gracie" star and his sons at a Bruce Springsteen concert, notably without Robach present. Ava documented the blended family's enjoyable evening out on Instagram, sharing images of them singing and dancing together.

In the meantime, Robach has been enjoying her time with her new partner, Holmes. They have been caught sharing affectionate moments on multiple occasions, including during a recent lunch date in NYC. The pair reportedly started their relationship in March 2022, while preparing for the New York City Half-Marathon. Their relationship was revealed publicly in November of that year, after they were caught in affectionate embraces during a romantic trip.

Ever since, the couple has been openly displaying their relationship on various romantic escapades to places like Mexico and Florida. However, Andrew has maintained a respectful distance from the entire situation. A source previously disclosed to us that Andrew “doesn’t want a part” of “their mess,” adding, "He's very classy."

Holmes, too, is in the process of finalizing his divorce from Marilee Fiebig. The couple married in 2010 and share a 10-year-old daughter, Sabine.

Elisabeth Shue's new film "The Good Half," co-starring Nick Jonas, premiered on Thursday at the Tribeca Festival, and will have additional screenings on June 10 and 12.
