The speculations surrounding the health of Jamie Foxx, following his COVID-19 vaccination, have been vehemently denied by his spokesperson, according to reports obtained by RadarOnline.com. The representative called these allegations "completely inaccurate," refuting claims made by Hollywood reporter, A.J. Benza.
Previously, Benza, a former columnist at the New York Daily News, made some sensational claims on the May 31 episode of the Ask Dr. Drew podcast. He conjectured that Foxx's recent medical crisis was due to severe post-vaccination complications.
"Jamie developed a brain blood clot following his vaccination. He was reluctant to get vaccinated, but he succumbed to the pressure due to the film he was working on," Benza stated. He cited his information source as "someone in the room" who supposedly had insights into the situation.
As RadarOnline.com reported earlier, Foxx had to be admitted to the hospital during the filming of his new movie, 'Back in Action.' Co-starring Cameron Diaz, who made a comeback from her retirement for the film, the production continued using a body double in Foxx's place.
According to an insider, "Jamie's representatives have stated that he's getting better while doctors are still investigating the cause of his health issues — but if he were anywhere near being okay, he wouldn't be hospitalized for this long."
Benza further theorized that the alleged brain clot led Foxx to be "partially paralyzed and blind," raising more questions about the actor's health. "I'm wondering, 'Is that the reason he had an outburst on the set a week before this medical emergency occurred? Did he dismiss three or four people because he was fed up with these mandates?'"
An official statement from Foxx's spokesperson addressed the rumors to NBC via email, labeling the claims as "completely inaccurate."
Foxx's absence and the circulating speculations understandably sparked concerns among fans. Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA, expressed his outrage on Twitter, stating, "Those of us who spoke against the mRNA shot were attacked in every imaginable way. I am infuriated a decent person like Jamie Foxx fell victim to Big Pharma because a movie set is still dumb enough to mandate their cash cow clot shot."
Breaking his silence on May 3, Foxx expressed his gratitude on social media, stating, "Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed."
