Cosmetics billionaire Kylie Jenner recently claimed to have had minimal cosmetic surgery, but even her most loyal fans aren't convinced by her story.
The 25-year-old reality star sparked a fierce backlash when she recently said, "I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t. Yeah, I wanted full lips. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute."
She admits to having lip fillers as a teenager, but a comparison of her appearance at 16 suggests more than just a few fillers. Over time, plastic surgeons and other experts have speculated on Kylie's potential cosmetic procedures, including a nose job, brow lift, lower eyelid fillers, lip fillers, nasolabial fillers, chin sculpting, breast enlargement, and a butt lift.
One source observes, "To say that Kylie’s look has changed considerably since the early days of Keeping Up with the Kardashians would be a massive understatement."
Even Kylie's fans are skeptical about her assertions.
One fan tweeted, "Kylie Jenner told a lie. I don’t get the point in lying about things people can see with their own eyes. No one cares girl." Another commented, "Picture is worth a 1000 words #TwoFaces."
A fan acknowledges that while Kylie may not have had a full facelift, she has likely undergone many cosmetic enhancements, adding, "That’s what happens when people don’t know the difference between plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements, Kylie. You’ve had a lot of cosmetic enhancements done."
Kylie's denial may not just stem from her reluctance to admit her transformation from a plain teenager to a beauty through cosmetic procedures. Her cosmetics line, which promises to enhance appearance using her face wash, toner, scrub, body lotion, moisturizer, eye cream, and other products, brings in significant revenue — not through fillers or surgical intervention.
One thing is clear, however: Kylie seems to embrace the idea of plastic, especially when it comes to customers' credit cards!
