As the legal dispute between Lunden Roberts and Hunter Biden continues to intensify, Roberts recently shared rare images of their 4-year-old daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, enjoying a day at the beach. In the caption, Lunden expressed her wish for her daughter to achieve anything she desires in life.

The ongoing court battle between Lunden and Hunter persists in Arkansas, with the ex-stripper previously suing Hunter in 2019 for paternity establishment and child support. The former couple reached an agreement in March 2020, but Hunter requested a decrease in his monthly child support payments last year.

Lunden has accused Hunter of unfairly sealing specific documents in the child support case. While the court previously ordered that all of Hunter's financial records remain sealed, Lunden claimed that the sealed filing did not contain such information. Lunden's attorney petitioned for the filing to be unsealed, stating, "one of the basic principles of a democracy is that the people have a right to know what is done in their courts."

The motion continued, "This case is not special simply because Mr. Biden is the child of the President of the United States." Lunden also highlighted that Hunter is "subject of ripe, and justified, public scrutiny resulting from his financial transactions." The motion further argued that Hunter has been the focus of federal investigations and that allegations exist of him failing to disclose all income prior to the court's last child support order.

Despite these arguments, the judge denied Lunden's request and ordered the filing to remain sealed.

The former couple is also at odds over their daughter's surname. Lunden has petitioned the court to change the 4-year-old's name to Navy Biden, asserting that the Biden name carries associations of being "well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful." Although Lunden acknowledged that Hunter and his family have no relationship with Navy, she believes that granting the child the Biden surname would help rectify the "neglect."

Hunter opposes the name change, arguing that Lunden's request disregards the best interests of the child. He contends that the name change should be considered at a time when the Biden name is not under significant scrutiny, as the current notoriety could potentially rob Navy of a peaceful existence.

The ongoing legal battle is set to continue in a two-day trial scheduled for July.
